Dear Quest Families,
As part of our accreditation process, we will be conducting a school climate survey later this month. It will ask about perceptions on topics such as student engagement, school environment, and school safety. We are asking all parents to participate in this voluntary survey. It is invaluable in helping us understand the strengths of our school community and areas where we can improve.
The survey will be made available to 7th and 8th grade students (please click here for parental permission form), parents, faculty/staff, and trustees. These reports will not identify any person or their responses, and all responses will be kept confidential. The responses will be combined to provide valuable information to us as we continue to embrace our mission.
Your participation is greatly appreciated and will make a significant difference. The survey window will be open from April 26-May 10. Permission slips for 7th and 8th grade student participation must be submitted no later than April 26, 2024.
