Quest Academy Excels at Invention Convention!

9 of 16 Quest Students win awards at Chicago Invention Convention!

This past Saturday 16 Quest students, under the direction of Quest teachers Mr. Steve Dembo and Mrs Annabel Hasty, competed at the Chicago Student Invention Convention.  Nine students are going on to the Invention Convention National Competition or won special distinction awards.

One Quest Academy 5th Grader, Ryan K won 2nd place ACROSS ALL GRADES.  Quest Academy 6th Grader, Rayan Z. won 1st place in 6th Grade and will be featured in advertising in the Chicago area this month!

5th Grade

  • Ryan K: 2nd place OVERALL (across all grades), 2nd place in 5th grade, Nationals
  • Adelene T: Honorable Mention, Nationals
  • Saachi S: Honorable Mention, Nationals
  • Portia D: Founders Award

6th Grade

  • Rayan Z: 1st place, Nationals
  • Louie Z: 3rd place

7th Grade

  • Arnav C and Bode W: 3rd Place

8th Grade

  • Nishant N: 3rd Place, Nationals
  • Lila N: 2nd Place, Molex Technology and Transformation Award, Nationals
