Help a Quest Student with their Day of Service project

Dear Families,

My name is Mikey and I’m writing to you because I’m trying to collect tennis balls and empty water bottles for Second City Canine Rescue. I’m working with my friend Sanaya and our 6th-grade class for our “Day of Service” project, and we want to create dog toys for the dogs.

Second City Canine Rescue is a non-profit organization that helps dogs find forever homes. They do such amazing work, and we really want to help them out by making toys for the dogs in their care. We thought it would be a great idea to recycle old tennis balls and water bottles and turn them into toys for the dogs to play with.

We hope you can help us by donating any old tennis balls and empty water bottles that you may have lying around. Every little bit helps, and we would be so grateful for anything you can give.  There will be collection boxes in the lobby next week.

We appreciate your help and support in making this project a success.

Sincerely,

Mikey and Sanaya
