All School Spelling Bee
- The All-School Spelling Bee will take place next Tuesday, January 24.
- It will begin promptly at 10:45.
- Students will be responsible for knowing BOTH the spellings and word meanings of the list words.
- A study list with the words and definitions will be provided to the spellers after winning the grade level bees. The words are the same as the first list. However, additional words which are not published, will also be used.
- During any Bee, a student may ask for the definition, a sentence, or language of origin of the word. Once beginning to spell, a student can restart spelling, but may not change any letters already spoken. Judges’ decisions are final.
- If a student misses a word, they will be sent back to their classroom and will not have to wait through subsequent rounds.
- The winner will be announced on the intercom at dismissal.
- For parents who wish to watch, the event will be live-streamed at QuestAcademy.org/Live
