New and creative ways to carry on our traditions.
We are resilient, we are strong, we are creative. Finding ways for us to connect as a community is important. While we cannot replace the face to face social events of the past, there are ways for us to “connect”.
So far this year, we have found ways to continue our traditional events.
- The Knights on the Run 5K was a great success as a virtual run. Families found ways to run/walk together and raise money for our school.
- Storytelling Night was as magical as ever via Zoom. Our storytellers shared wonderful stories and families enjoyed them in the comfort of their homes.
- Our Service Learning Program is moving on too and our alumni continue to show their passion for service. Middle school students learned how to deprovision Chrombooks so they could be donated to Devices4U2020, an organization started by Sachleen and Rohan (Class of 2020).
- Pumpkin Fest is a favorite family event that could not be held this year so our Parent School Association (PSA) created a Pumpkin Patch on the playground. Families were able to purchase pumpkins, and other fall treats and pick them up at school..
Our heartfelt appreciation to everyone for their efforts and support to bring our community together.
