3 Quest Students advance to Nationals for History Day!
The “historic” tradition of success at the National History Day competition continued 2 weeks ago as 8 Quest Students competed at the State History Day Finals. The State History Day Finals represent the final competition that begin with 20,000 students in Illinois alone.
Three Quest Students advanced to Nationals! Nishant S., Alex R and Arnav C will be off to College Park, Maryland on June 12-13 for the National Competition.
Quest Academy LASS Teacher, Mr. Drew Shilhanek paid tribute to all the competitors: “It’s another amazing year for Quest Academy. It’s hard to believe that Quest Academy has had SIXTEEN National Qualifiers over the last ten National History Day competitions.”
Congratulations also go to Shivani G, Brooklyn M, Anum D and Hania S who qualified for State with documentaries and Riya C who qualified with her paper.
